Need to update your email address for your Online Banking account? You've come to the right place!
Below are full instructions to help you make that change.
To change your email address in your Online Banking account:
1) Log in to your Online Banking account in the upper right-hand corner.
2) Under PERSONAL, click the "Enter Username" field.
3) Enter the correct USERNAME and PASSWORD.
4) Click "Go" to login.
5) Click "Profile" on the right in the upper menu.
6) A temporary passcode will be sent to the email address on file. Go to that email to get the passcode.
7) Once the passcode has been entered, click "Edit" next to the Email option under the Profile section.
8) Enter the new email address and confirm.
9) Click "Save" to update.

If you are unable to access the email address on file or do not receive the passcode, please contact us at 931-388-1970 or visit a branch near you.
