Quicken®/QuickBooks® Conversion Resources
We are updating the Quicken and QuickBooks connection process on October 7, 2025, to better serve you. This upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software.
Below are resources for your corresponding platform to help ensure a smooth transition.
You must deactivate your current online banking connection prior to October 7, 2025. In the event you don't, you will be required to create a new register for the new connection, which would result in duplicate accounts. Please download the conversation instructions below for the platform you use to walk you through that process.
QuickBooks Desktop Conversion Instructions
You will need to modify your QuickBooks settings to ensure that your data connectivity transfers smoothly to the new system. Download this document for instructions for both Windows and Mac, and both connectivity types (Direct Connect and Web Connect).
